1. How to Register ?

Click on the “Register” button on top right corner and follow the on-screen instruction, remember to provide accurate & active mobile phone number in order to receive your order status update.

2. How to Place Order ?

  1. Through Our Website
    Select from the available product list & other printing requirements including Sizes, Material, Quantity, Finishing, etc., and finally click on “Submit Order”, you will then have to make payment and proceed
    to artwork upload.
  2. Come to our office
    You are always welcome to our sales office located at No.40 & 42, Jalan PBS 14/4, Taman Perindustrian
    Bukit Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor DarulEhsan. Remember to bring along your artwork either in CD / USB drive or any other portable storage device.
    We do provide FREE broadband service in our sales office if you need to download from your internet

  3. Through E-mail
    Kindly email your order requirement and artwork to asia.printmart@gmail.com. We shall contact you within the same day during normal working hours from 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.

3. How to make payment ?

  1. Online payment
    Our secure online payment system allow you to pay by the following financial service provider :

  2. Fund transfer & bank-in slip

4. Can I Cancel or Change my order ?

Yes, you can either cancel or change your order within 1 hour after order submitted.
asiaprint.my practice 1 hour only grace period in order to speed up your order duration.
No cancellation / changes will be accepted after this grace period.

For change of order, kindly cancel the previous order and re-submit a new order.

5. How can I keep track of my orders and account balance ?

You can always log on to asiaprint.my to check your order status, payment history & account balance.

Meanwhile, SMS notifications will be provided for your convenient.

6. How do asiaprint.my deliver to me ?

There are several shipping options available for your choice while placing order, be it self collect,
send by courier services, or by asiaprint delivery truck.
